Week 4 is easy breezy, just keep tracking. Whether you fell off the wagon or have been gun ho throughout the course of this challenge, all you have to do is track in any form this week. Give yourself a pat on the back for getting out there and taking some extra steps this week or getting active. Walking group is on tomorrow and Thursday so join in if you can J
