Role Overview

In addition to providing front line support to USC staff, I assist in identifying service gaps, researching alternatives, implementing solutions, and providing training.


  • Trouble-shoot and resolve any IT problem to restore systems as quickly and efficiently as possible, while providing excellent customer service when handling issues to ensure staff are receiving quality support.

  • Design and update USC websites, allowing us to communicate with our target audience.

  • Develop and maintain guides and procedures to improve staff knowledge and access to IT resources.

  • Understand organizational requirements in order to be able to evaluate and recommend IT solutions to enhance services.
