Role Overview

To facilitate the USC Health & Dental Plans and the Undergraduate Bus Pass program for all fulltime Undergraduates, Professional Schools and the part time students with disabilities.

 

Accountabilities

I trouble shoot and resolve all issues that pertain to the USC Health & Dental Plans and the Bus Pass program as quickly and efficiently as possible for the Main Campus, Affiliate Colleges, Professional Schools and the MBA programs.  I do this by fielding phone calls, emails, in person inquiries and liaising with administration at the aforementioned programs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
