Role Overview

I provide support for both front and back of house employees of the Wave Restaurant, with a special focus on hitting budget targets, while maintaining a positive guest experience.

 

Accountabilities

• Hire and train all front of house (server, host, bartender, management) employees


• Work with Food and Beverage Manager to create budgets and develop programs/controls to maintain budget targets


• Maintains daily function of the restaurant while interacting with staff and customers
