Coordinates and provides support to the Gazette Editors regarding all aspects of the Gazette newspaper and Spotlight magazine layout and design.

• Work with Gazette Editors to build a final layout for the newspaper.


• Advise Gazette Editors regarding the design of individual pages and assist in correcting issues relating to content.


• Design advertisements for the newspaper, Westernizer and other publications and advise Advertising Sales Rep regarding ad design.


• Coordinate with the Printer regarding issues related to sending files, informing prepress, approving press and the last check.
