Role Overview  

I provide guidance and management for the overall provision of human resources services, policies and programs for the USC.

 

Accountabilities

• HR Support for Staff (full-time, part-time, interns), Volunteers, Executive and USC Alumni.


• HR Services – Recruitment and development, training, organizational planning, policy development, job evaluation, staff coaching, professional development, performance management, pension and benefits, legal compliance and tracking, data management.


• Labour Relations – Collective Bargaining, union/management Relations, conflict management, staff planning.


• Program Development – Student development programs, staff engagement, health & safety program, social and wellness programs, USC Alumni program.


• Communication – USC Staff Hub, Communication with staff, volunteers and alumni, USC LinkedIn company page, Town Hall and corporate communication.
