Role Overview

I provide overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen at The Wave Restaurant and Bar.

 

Accountabilities

  • Liaising with purchasing companies for food orders

  • Producing creative and profitable menus, features and daily specials

  • Managing, training and recruiting a brigade of chefs

  • Food costing, labour tracking and scheduling

  • Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations, including sanitary and safety guidelines
