As you may be aware, the USC Food and Beverage Department is experiencing some changes which has resulted in some shuffling. We’ve said goodbye to Jason Brown and Jaclyn Higgins is set to go off on maternity leave in March which means some new yet familiar faces will be joining the F&B leadership team.
Cris Cervoni will be taking on the role of Site Manager at the Wave which means we will be seeing him around more during the day. Cris is very excited to take on this challenge while Jaclyn is away and we look forward to this new opportunity for him. Max Bowman who many Wave lunch goers will recognize will be taking on the Night Manager role at the Wave to fill in for Cris. Max has been an exemplary part-time employee and we welcome him with open arms into his new full-time management role.
With Jason Brown’s departure, we welcome Brendan O’Shea into the Spoke Night Manager role. Brendan has been a part of the Spoke team for many years and many of you will recognize him from behind the bar. Brendan will be starting in this new capacity on Monday, February 1st.
Please join me in congratulating the entire Food and Beverage Department in regards to their recent successes. We look forward to their future growth and continued commitment to customer service, teamwork, innovation and new opportunities for hard working staff members.
Congratulations Cris, Max and Brendan!
Sincerely,
Karla Pacheco
